Every journey is a search for beauty, and every place holds its joys and its sadnesses; no two experiences can ever be the same and no place can ever be revisited with any expectation. Travel is in the unexpected beauty - the beauty of the people, the culture, the landscape - and it is also in the way one travels; the slow steady plod of the pack mule, the gentle rattle of an Indian train, these experiences are never forgotten.
What we hope for in all this searching is to capture a feeling, a feeling of our time in the most simple manner, in the most simple light, that as of yet we have learnt no words for; and to share this, as best we can, so that it may inspire, and we may not forget that beyond our everyday lives there is a vast world out there, very different to our own, and we need only to reopen our eyes to see how very beautiful, surprising, and unique our own lives are.
